COLLECTION: by appointment from Bayford, Wincanton,  England. DELIVERY: via The Post Office or UPS, tracked 24 with signature, super convenient next day delivery with notifications for the recipient, and a signature on delivery.

PACKAGING: To make sure you order doesn't come a cropper, it is placed in a box with tissue paper around it, and then placed in another larger box cushioned with eco peanuts.

FAULTY : If your order doesn't come to you in one piece please contact me as soon as possible.
