​Once that has been arranged, to achieve as true a likeness as possible I recommend that you send a recent photo of the person(s) you want creating, or the pet/animal, along with any additional details you would like to me to include. Alternatively, if you’d prefer a more personal service I can offer a one-to-one consultation.

​After all this has been discussed, and you would like me to go ahead with creating your personalised product, I require a 50% deposit. And a final payment of 50% 2 weeks prior your collection/delivery date.
